He has already died, rose from the dead, taken your sins, made you right with God, healed you, made you whole, and prospered you. You just need to believe it more than you believe your circumstances.

That means meditate on God's promises and goodness and all His Word day and night, and you will make your way prosperous and have good success (Joshua 1:8 not a literal translation).
